Vynn Capital plans maiden $40M startup fund for Southeast Asia

 Southeast Asia has a new venture capital fund on the scene after Victor Chua, formerly a vice president at Gobi Ventures, launched Vynn Capital. GM expands Maven car sharing to Toronto
